Perfect stay for dog lovers
The warm welcome was enough to put me at ease, especially the fact that the staff were kind to my dogs as well, treating them with some goodies. The cozy atmosphere by the log fire was unforgettable, we all felt right at home there.
I mean it wasn’t exactly inexpensive but worth it for sure.

I loved relaxing by the log fire after a long day of exploring the local area, and the breakfast with fresh fruit was a real treat. There are cozy spots to unwind and lovely walks nearby to enjoy the scenery. The only downside was a bit of a wait for breakfast during peak hours, but the food was well worth it! 😊

This was an ideal choice for a short stint in Hereford with good price value. The room had delightful sloping floors that added charm to our stay. Make sure to enjoy the excellent bacon at breakfast.

The food was delicious, particularly the homemade ice-cream, but the dining options were limited as two mains were off the menu on a Saturday night. The shower in the superior double room had erratic water temperature and poor pressure, making it difficult to use, while the bathtub was narrow and uncomfortable. Wi-Fi connectivity issues further affected the stay, as I couldn't log in despite multiple credentials. One night was sufficient given these challenges.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement
Had a big room in a quiet annex, which was super nice. The bed was comfy and the lounge area with sofas and a pool table was a hit! Staff were super friendly and made our trip enjoyable. Def needed more wardrobe space though, and the shower temp was tricky to keep steady.

The bed was super comfy and breakfast really hit the spot, just what we needed after a long drive. I loved the cozy lounge where I could unwind with a book, and the little courtyard was a great spot to relax in the sun. The hot water in the sink was a bit of a hassle, but it didn’t spoil our nice stay. 🌞

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy pub, enjoying the lovely parkland walks along the river Wye. It was a joy to watch the local rowing clubs and fishermen while my grandchild explored. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it a perfect family getaway.
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the children's menu.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs.
The external appearance of the hotel was misleading and less appealing.

The charming hotel pleasantly surprised with comfortable rooms and a warm atmosphere. Evening dining was delightful, although the wifi was frustratingly intermittent and the noise from the bar lingered late. The friendly staff truly made the stay enjoyable, but better communication about food service hours could improve the experience.
